Reframing Development Assistance: Why Korea Should Promote ESG in Developing Countries
This article argues that traditional aid models are no longer sufficient in the digital and AI era. Drawing on Korea's own development experience and the author's Korea-Africa Foundation field perspective, it proposes that development assistance should move beyond charity and toward systems that strengthen economic sovereignty.
